From the west:Take the Thruway (I-90) eastbound and get off at Exit 24. Almost immediately, you will see a sign on your right indicating the Northway (I-87) heading south. Take that exit and stay on the Northway until it ends (approximately one mile) at Western Avenue. Take a left at the light onto Western Avenue. Go past Stuyvesant Plaza on your left to the light at Fuller Road (there will be a Burger King on your right.) Go left onto Fuller Road and proceed to the first light, making another left into Executive Park. We are in the second building on the right. You will see the Albany Physical Therapy sign as you turn into the parking lot. Parking is free.
From the east:
Take I-90 westbound to Exit 1S, Western Avenue-Route 20 (last exit before toll.) Take that exit until road ends (about a mile) at Western Avenue. Take a left at the light onto Western Avenue. Follow directions above.
From the north:
Take the Northway (I-87) southbound until it ends at Western Avenue. Take a left at the light onto Western Avenue. Follow directions above.
From the south:
Take the Thruway (I-87) northbound and get off at Exit 24. Almost immediately, you will see a sign on your right indicating the Northway (I-87) heading south. Take that exit and stay on the Northway until it ends (approximately a mile) at Western Avenue. Take a left at the light onto Western Avenue. Follow directions above.
Albany Physical Therapy is conveniently located at 4 Executive Park Drive (behind Stuyvesant Plaza) in Albany, the second building on the right as you turn onto Executive Park Drive. There is ample free parking and easy access from I-87, I-90, and Central or Western Avenues in Albany. Our office is located on the first floor, with a handicapped-accessible sliding glass door entry.
